Activity Review

Banner CES can provide expert review of activities for accreditation compliance prior to certification and/or prior to file closure. If requested, file closure includes the completion of an ACCME or JA performance-in-practice abstract. You can decide whether to have this as a long-term ongoing service, as short-term assistance during a staff member’s leave of absence, or for a single activity.

Rate: $45/hr

Database Clean-up

Is your database full of duplicate profiles? Banner CES can identify duplicates and follow-up with users to confirm which profile to keep. You can grant access to your database for full service or request a spreadsheet of accounts to be merged. Experienced in CME Tracker and CloudCME. This support can be ongoing on a regular schedule (monthly, quarterly, etc.) or a one-time project.

Rate: $30/hr

Proofreading & Editing

Banner CES can proofread and edit your conference materials for grammar, spelling, and accreditation compliance. Support is available for brochures, flyers, handouts, presentations, and anything else you might have, including the visual enhancement of PowerPoint slides.

Rate: $45/hr

Disclosure Management

Have a large conference coming up? Or does your program use a global/annual disclosure form? Banner CES can manage your disclosure forms by tracking who needs to disclose, who has COI to resolve, and whose forms are set to expire. This support can be on a regular schedule or a one-time project. You can decide how much support you need, from lists for your staff to follow up on to full service.
